When you submit our Request for Quote (RFQ) form or contact us, we collect the following information:

• Any additional details you choose to provide

Information Collected Automatically

Google Analytics 4: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This includes:

• Pages you visit and time spent on each page
• Browser and device type
• Approximate geographic location (city/region level)
• How you found our site (referral source)
• Clicks and interactions

Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information. On its own it is not used to identify you by name.

Apollo.io website visitor tracking: We use Apollo.io to identify which businesses visit our site, so our fleet team can follow up with organizations that are researching commercial vehicles. This tool collects:

• Your IP address, which Apollo matches against a business database to infer the company you are visiting from
• The pages you view, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed
• A randomly generated visitor ID stored in your browser to recognize repeat visits

LiveIntent / LiveRamp identity resolution: Apollo's tracking script may also load a third-party service from LiveIntent (a LiveRamp company); whether it does is controlled by Apollo. Where LiveIntent can recognize your browser, it supplies Apollo with an irreversibly hashed version of an email address associated with it. We never receive your actual email address from this process, and we do not use it to email you — but because a hashed email is treated as personal information under California law, and because it is provided by an advertising identity network, we describe this plainly here and give you a way to switch it off. Cookies

We use cookies to enhance your browsing experience. These may include:

• Session cookies (deleted when you close your browser)
• Persistent cookies (remain on your device until expiration)
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics tracking)

Apollo.io's visitor tracking keeps its visitor ID in your browser's local storage, and our cookie-banner choice and opt-out preference are stored the same way. Data Security & Form Handling

Formspree: Our RFQ form is powered by Formspree, which securely transmits your submission to our team. Form data is encrypted in transit and stored securely. Formspree's privacy practices are available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

We maintain reasonable security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Do We Sell or Share Your Information?

We do not sell your personal information for money. We have never taken payment in exchange for visitor or customer data, and we do not rent or trade the details you send us.

We do “share” some information in the specific sense California law uses. Under the CPRA, “share” means disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising — advertising that follows you across other websites. Two things we do meet that definition:

• Website visitor identification. Our Apollo.io script sends your IP address, the pages you view, and — where LiveIntent can supply one — a hashed email identifier to Apollo.io, so our team can see which businesses are researching fleet vehicles.
• Google Ads remarketing. Our Google Ads tags let people who have visited this site be shown Envision Motors Fleet ads elsewhere on the web.

What you type into our RFQ or contact forms is not part of any of this. Form submissions go to our fleet team to answer your inquiry, and nowhere else.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Specifically:

• RFQ form submissions: Retained for the duration of the business relationship and up to 3 years after your last inquiry, unless we are required by law to retain it longer.
• Analytics data: Google Analytics data is retained according to Google's default retention settings (14 months). We do not extend this period.
• Cookies: Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies expire according to their individual settings, typically within 12 months.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

The button below opts this browser out of the sharing described in Do We Sell or Share Your Information? above. It switches off Apollo.io website-visitor tracking and Google Ads remarketing. Our own site analytics and the contact forms keep working normally — nothing about your ability to use this site changes.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Two things worth knowing. This preference is saved in this browser, so you will need to set it again on another browser or device, and clearing your browsing data will reset it. If your browser blocks storage altogether, we cannot save the preference — but we also will not run visitor tracking in that session.

We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or an extension sends GPC, this site treats it as an opt-out automatically and you do not need to press anything.
