Work Trucks and Vans, Built for the Way You Work

Fleet pricing, upfitting, and delivery for California businesses — from an owner-operator adding a second truck to a company replacing forty. One team handles the chassis order, the upfit, the paperwork, and the keys. Tell us the job and we quote it the same day.

How Buying a Commercial Fleet Works

Four steps, one point of contact, no runaround between the dealership and the upfitter.

1

Tell Us the Job

Not the part numbers — the work. How many vehicles, what they carry, how far they drive, when you need them. We translate that into a spec.

2

Quote the Same Day

Fleet pricing on the chassis, a quoted upfit, and a realistic delivery window. If a Ford FIN code would get you a better number, we help you apply for one — it is free.

3

We Order and Upfit

Chassis order and upfit run in parallel through our certified partner network, so bodies, racking, liftgates, and lighting are coordinated against the build — not bolted on months later.

4

Delivered Work-Ready

Inspected, registered, and delivered to your yard across Southern California — or shipped nationwide. One invoice covers the vehicle and the upfit.

Ford commercial fleet lineup on a job site — Super Duty pickup, Transit high-roof van, dump truck, bucket truck, and service body van

What We Source

Ford and Toyota, across every body style a working fleet needs.

Pickups & Chassis Cabs

F-150 for light-duty service routes, Super Duty F-250 through F-600 when payload and towing decide the spec, Ranger and Maverick where parking and fuel cost matter more than capacity.

Cargo & Crew Vans

Transit in three roof heights and five body types, plus the all-electric E-Transit for fixed urban routes. Racked, shelved, and partitioned to the trade.

Service & Utility Bodies

Knapheide, Reading and Royal bodies on Ford chassis — enclosed service bodies, flatbeds, stake beds, dump bodies, crane bodies, and liftgates.

SUVs & Crossovers

Explorer and Expedition for supervisors and multi-passenger crews, Bronco Sport for field ops and patrol routes.

Electric & Hybrid

E-Transit, Mustang Mach-E, and hybrid powertrains across the truck line — for fleets with an emissions target or a fuel-cost problem.

Toyota

We source Toyota alongside Ford when the spec calls for it, so a mixed fleet does not mean a second dealer relationship. Browse the full fleet lineup or see everything we handle end to end in fleet services.

Upfitting, Coordinated With the Order

The upfit is where a work truck is won or lost. We spec it against the chassis, not after it.

Bodies

Service and utility bodies, flatbeds, stake beds, dump bodies, contractor bodies, box vans, and crane bodies — matched to GVWR and wheelbase before the chassis is ordered.

Storage & Racking

Van shelving, partitions, ladder racks, conduit carriers, pipe storage, and lockable compartments — laid out around how your crews actually load.

Access & Safety

Liftgates, step bumpers, back-up alarms and cameras, beacons and amber lighting, and the safety equipment your insurer or your contract requires. Local installs run through our Los Angeles upfitting network, and warranty and service stay with us after delivery.

Why Businesses Buy Here

It is not just what we deliver. It is how we deliver it.

Fleet Pricing, Not Retail

Fleet-qualified pricing on Ford and Toyota, plus help getting the Ford FIN code that unlocks it. Five vehicles a year, or a fifteen-vehicle fleet, is usually enough to qualify.

One Point of Contact

The same fleet manager runs your chassis order, your upfit, your registration, and your delivery. You are not the middleman between a dealer and a body shop.

Backed by Real Scale

Part of Envision Motors, a Top-50 U.S. dealership group with 13 dealerships and 1,600+ employees — which is why we can find allocation when a single store cannot. Buying through a co-op? We quote against cooperative and piggyback contracts too.

Commercial Fleet FAQ

What business owners and fleet managers ask us before the first order.

How many vehicles do I need to buy to get fleet pricing?

Fewer than most people expect. A Ford FIN code — the account that unlocks fleet pricing and incentives — generally requires buying five or more vehicles a year, or operating a fleet of fifteen. It is free to apply for and typically active in about three days. We handle the application with you. See the FIN code guide for the full qualification detail.

Can you upfit the vehicle, or do I arrange that myself?

We coordinate it. Bodies, racking, shelving, liftgates, lighting, and wraps run through our certified upfit partner network in parallel with the chassis order, so the truck arrives work-ready on one invoice. If you already have an upfitter you trust, we will work with them instead — plenty of customers do.

How long does it take to get the vehicles?

It depends on whether the configuration is in stock, in transit, or has to be factory-ordered, and on the upfit. We give you a realistic window with the quote rather than an optimistic one, and we tell you when a spec change would move the date materially.

Do you only serve the Los Angeles area?

We are based in Duarte and deliver across Los Angeles County, the San Gabriel Valley, Orange County, the Inland Empire, and Ventura County. We also ship nationwide — multi-location companies staging vehicles in several states is a normal request, not an exception.

Can I buy a single vehicle, or is there a minimum?

There is no minimum to get a quote or to buy. Fleet pricing programs have their own qualification thresholds, but plenty of our commercial customers started with one truck and grew from there.

Do you handle registration, titling, and compliance paperwork?

Yes. Registration, title transfers, smog compliance, DOT inspections, and CARB documentation are part of the service — see compliance and registration. For commercial vehicles this is usually the part that stalls an order, so we keep it in-house.

What if I need a vehicle you do not list on the site?

Ask. The site shows the Ford and Toyota lines we spec most often, not the limit of what we can source. If the job needs something else, tell us what it has to do and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right supplier for it.

Commercial Fleet Vehicles in Southern California

Envision Motors Fleet is the commercial fleet division of Envision Motors — a Top-50 U.S. dealership group. We supply work trucks, cargo vans, service body trucks, and fleet SUVs to contractors, service companies, and corporate fleets across Los Angeles County, the San Gabriel Valley, Orange County, the Inland Empire, and Ventura County. Ford and Toyota, at fleet pricing, with the upfit coordinated against the chassis order and delivered on one invoice.

Most of our commercial customers are trades: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, concrete and masonry, landscaping, and general contracting. The rest are companies running service routes — property management, janitorial, pest control, security patrol, and towing and recovery. Whichever you are, the useful conversation starts with the work, not the window sticker. Request a commercial fleet quote or call (626) 600-3264.
