How It Works
Most agencies have a quote the same day and a delivery plan within the week.
Contact & Quote
Tell us what you need — vehicle type, quantity, upfit, timeline. We finalize specs and return a detailed quote. No hidden fees.
Purchase Order
Submit your PO through whatever method your agency uses — direct purchase, cooperative, piggyback, or lease. We'll confirm the cleanest path.
Sourcing & Upfit
We secure vehicles via factory order, dealer inventory, or OEM allocation — then coordinate upfitting with our certified partners. Every mod is built to spec and inspected.
Inspection & Delivery
Every unit is inspected before it leaves. Single deliveries or staged multi-location rollouts — vehicles arrive ready to assign.

Procurement FAQ
Answers to what procurement and fleet officers ask us before the first PO.
Are you registered on SAM.gov?
Yes. Envision Ford of Duarte holds an active SAM.gov registration. CAGE Code 19ME9, UEI X4KKN5KQHGU7, primary NAICS 441110 (New Car Dealers). We can email a current SAM.gov confirmation the same day.
What procurement methods do you accept?
Direct PO, government purchase card (micro-purchase), cooperative and piggyback contracts, the LA County Metro vendor framework, and TRAC or commercial lease structures when they fit your agency's budget. Tell us which path your procurement office prefers and we'll work within it.
Can our agency piggyback on an existing contract?
Often, yes. We're Sourcewell approved and an LA County Metro approved vendor. For any other contract or cooperative, send us the number you'd like to use and we'll confirm whether we can deliver against it.
What's a realistic delivery timeframe?
Dealer-inventory units are typically on the road in 1–3 weeks after PO. Factory orders run 4–16 weeks depending on the platform and OEM allocation. Add 2–12 weeks for upfit, depending on scope. We've also delivered emergency multi-unit programs inside a 30-day window — call us with the requirement and we'll tell you what's realistic.
What documentation can you provide for our procurement file?
W-9, Certificate of Insurance, business license, SAM.gov registration confirmation, vehicle specification sheets, upfit specifications and certifications, delivery and inspection documentation, and warranty terms. Most documents are available within 24 hours of request.
Do you handle upfitting in-house or coordinate it externally?
We coordinate directly with certified upfit partners — Knapheide, Adrian Steel, Royal Truck Body, Scelzi, Reading Truck, Weather Guard, Tommy Gate, HIAB, Altec, Continental Railworks, and Mitchell Rail Gear, among others. Every unit is inspected before delivery so it arrives ready to assign.
What warranty comes standard?
Ford's standard new-vehicle warranty: 3 years / 36,000 miles bumper-to-bumper, 5 years / 60,000 miles powertrain, 5 years / unlimited miles corrosion (perforation), and 8 years / 80,000 miles federal emissions. Extended service plans are available at additional cost.
Who do we talk to about a quote?
Our Fleet Department is the single point of contact: Taf Fattani and Rayan Hassanie (Fleet Managers), with David Zarabi as Fleet Director. Reach us at (626) 600-3264 or through the contact form. Most agencies are quoted the same day.
What upfit partners do you work with?
We coordinate directly with Knapheide, Adrian Steel, Royal Truck Body, Scelzi, Reading Truck, Weather Guard, Tommy Gate, HIAB, Altec, Continental Railworks, and Mitchell Rail Gear. Service bodies, racking, lighting, Hi-Rail, crane and aerial, K-9 transport, and full law enforcement builds. See our full upfitting capabilities.
Do you offer fleet telematics?
Yes — Ford Pro Telematics is factory-integrated on most Ford fleet platforms. Real-time tracking, mileage, maintenance history, fuel usage, geofencing, and driver-behavior monitoring through a single dashboard. No aftermarket hardware required.
Can you deliver to multiple locations?
Single units to your lot, or staged rollouts across multiple yards and substations. We coordinate upfit, transport, and pre-delivery inspection so units arrive ready to assign — not in pieces requiring follow-up.
What about service and warranty after delivery?
Factory-trained, ASE-certified technicians at our Duarte service facility. Standard Ford warranty: 3-year / 36,000-mile bumper-to-bumper, 5-year / 60,000-mile powertrain. Extended coverage and structured maintenance programs available post-warranty.
Do you handle vehicle disposal and remarketing?
Yes. We take customer trade-ins, route units through wholesale or auction (Manheim, ADESA), and return end-of-lease equity as reimbursement or credit toward your next program.

Public Works Vehicles for California Agencies
Public works departments run some of the hardest-working vehicles in any government fleet — and we spec them daily. Common public works vehicle configurations we source and upfit include Ford Super Duty® chassis cabs (F-450/F-550/F-600) with dump bodies, flatbeds, and crane bodies for road and infrastructure crews; F-250 and F-350 service-body trucks for maintenance and facilities teams; Transit® cargo and crew vans for signal, water, and parks crews; and compact Maverick® and Ranger® pickups for inspectors and code enforcement. Every unit is delivered work-ready: liftgates, ladder racks, safety lighting, and department striping handled by our certified upfit partners before handoff.
Because public works purchases typically ride on direct POs or cooperative contracts, our fleet team quotes to your procurement framework — with CA Title 24 and SCAQMD considerations addressed up front. See our municipal fleet program, utilities fleet vehicles, or Super Duty® chassis options, or request a public works vehicle quote — we respond the same day.
